Mae Canolfan Lles Seiriol yn fenter gymunedol ym Miwmares. Nid yw er elw, a’i nod yw darparu gweithgareddau gofal iechyd amgen i Ward Seiriol, i helpu pobl i gadw’n heini ac iach.

Mae’r holl gyfleusterau ymarfer yn y Ganolfan, ac hefyd mae Ystafell Therapi bwrpasol yn Llyfrgell Biwmares gerllaw.

Seiriol Wellness Centre is a community based initiative in Beaumaris. It is not for profit, and aims to provide the Seiriol ward with activities and alternative health care options to help people to stay fit and healthy.

It operates out of two buildings- Canolfan Beaumaris which has all the exercise facilities, and Beaumaris Library which has a purpose built therapy room.
