I have been teaching exercise classes since 1994 all over Ynys Môn and Bangor. I teach mainly in Canolfan Beaumaris now after joining the NERS (national Exercise Referral Scheme) team in 2007.

I am qualified to level 4 standard in, Cardiac rehabilitation  Chronic Respiratory Disease, Postural Stability/Falls Prevention, Obesity and Diabetes management, Chronic Lower Back Pain. I have level 3 diploma in teaching Pilates and Trigger Point Pilates, Clients with Specific Controlled Conditions, Advanced gym Instructing and level 2 in teaching Exercise to Music.

I work full time for Anglesey County Council Mon Actif delivering Fitness sessions for the NERS Scheme 3 days per week and Falls Prevention for the Frail and Elderly 2 days per week. I am also an active member of The Green Prescribing Project situated in Llangoed nature reserve which helps clients with poor mental health conditions by getting them out in the fresh air learning woodland skills like whittling, willow weaving, bushcraft, foraging and plant and tree identification.

I also teach mainstream fitness classes for Canolfan Beaumaris and help with the marketing for events and activities.

I love living in Ynys Môn and take advantage of the beautiful scenery by weekend mountain walks and have walked the whole coastal path many times.
